We are seeking someone who is confident in all aspects of automotive parts interpretation and can provide outstanding service to both our workshop and retail customers.
Key responsibilities
- Interpreting and ordering automotive parts
- Assisting workshop technicians and customers with parts requirements
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Parts pricing and invoicing
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory control
- Receiving, checking and dispatching parts
- Following up outstanding parts orders
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
- Maintaining a clean, organised and productive parts department
- Working closely with the Service and Sales teams
About you
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter
- Strong automotive parts knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and parts-catalogue skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude
- A current driver's licence
