We're partnering with a global technology consultancy with approximately 1,000 employees, delivering complex technology projects across Generative AI, cloud engineering and automation.

The business works closely with major organisations across the mining and resources sector, helping them solve real operational challenges through technology.

They're now looking for a hands-on Azure Cloud Engineer / Consultant with the AZ-305 certification who enjoys building, developing and deploying solutions rather than spending their time purely on architecture and documentation.

What You'll Be Working On

Depending on the project, you'll have the chance to work across:

- Generative AI: Building and deploying AI-powered applications, intelligent agents and automation solutions using Azure AI services.
- Azure Engineering: Building, deploying and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and applications using Microsoft Azure.
- Data Engineering: Developing data pipelines, integrations and cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Automation: Building workflows, applications and business process automation using Azure services, Power Platform and other technologies.
- Cloud Modernisation: Implementing and improving Azure

You'll work closely with clients, understand their technical challenges and get directly involved in building and delivering solutions from start to finish.





What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Microsoft AZ-305 certification.
- Strong hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience building, deploying and supporting cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of Azure networking, compute, storage, identity and security.
- Experience with scripting, automation or Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in working directly with clients.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry or Generative AI applications.
- Python, SQL, PowerShell or other programming languages.
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate or Power Apps.
- Azure Data Factory, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
- Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD or DevOps tooling.
- Experience within consulting, mining, resources or large enterprise environments.
