Willow Childminding is a growing babysitting and nanny agency connecting local families with passionate, reliable and experienced caregivers across Western Australia.

We pride ourselves on providing families with personalised, high-quality childcare while creating flexible and rewarding opportunities for our team of independent babysitters and nannies.

Due to increasing demand, we are urgently recruiting caregivers, with multiple families currently on our waitlist seeking reliable childcare and immediate starts available!

Whether you’re an experienced nanny, qualified childcare educator, university student studying early childhood education, or someone with a genuine passion for working with children, we’d love to hear from you!

Current Opportunities Available

We are recruiting for three main childcare roles:

1. Nannies – Weekday Care (Monday–Friday)

We have families actively seeking ongoing nanny care, with a variety of days and hours available.

- Regular weekday nanny positions (options between 1 - 5 days per week)

- Full-day and part-day opportunities

- Ongoing weekly or fortnightly arrangements

- Flexible scheduling to suit your availability

- Opportunities to build long-term relationships with families

2. Before & After School Care

We’re seeking caregivers who can assist families with their busy school routines.

- Early morning care and school drop-offs

- Afternoon school pick-ups and supervision

- Assistance with afternoon routines,



homework and activities

- Regular weekly opportunities

3. Casual Babysitters – Evenings, Weekends & School Holidays

Perfect for individuals looking for additional income or flexible work alongside other commitments.

- Evening and weekend babysitting

- School holiday childcare

- Occasional daytime bookings

- Wedding and event childcare

- Flexible bookings based on your availability

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the role and the family’s individual requirements, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing safe, attentive and nurturing care for children of various ages

- Planning and engaging children in age-appropriate activities

- Supporting daily routines, including meals, naps and bedtime

- Assisting with school or daycare drop-offs and pick-ups

- Preparing simple meals and snacks for children

- Supporting homework, playtime and developmental activities

- Maintaining clear and professional communication with families

- Completing light child-related household duties where agreed

Requirements To join Willow Childminding, applicants must have or be willing to obtain:

- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

- National Police Clearance

- Current First Aid certification

- Driver’s licence and reliable transport (for roles requiring transport)





- A reliable, professional and caring attitude

- Solid communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children

Previous babysitting, nannying, childcare or early childhood education experience is highly regarded.
