Pattison’s Patisserie is looking for people to join our Patisserie kitchen team.

About us: From humble beginnings in the 1990s, our business has expanded from one bakery in the northern suburbs of Sydney, to 20 locations in and around Sydney (and Central Coast/Newcastle).

We provide specialist products and pride ourselves on our use of the finest ingredients, artisan produce and made-to-order specialty products.

Various roles

We currently have a range of employment opportunities available across various roles, including Baker, Pastry Chef, Kitchen Attendant and Cleaner

Applicants must be flexible and available to work across a range of shifts, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays where required.

Pay rates will be based on the applicant’s qualifications, skills and experience and will be in accordance with the applicable award and employment classification.



Superannutaion will be paid in addition to the applicable rate and public holiday penalty rates will apply – where applicable.

Positions are available on a full-time or casual basis, with rosters varying according to operational requirements.

Required skills and work ethic:

- Reliable and punctual
- Manage workloads to meet deadlines for made to order products
- Passionate about baking with amazing quality produce and following our traditional methods.
- Have a good work ethic
- A team player
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
- Own vehicle and current driver licence preferred
- Robust communication skill
