About the role

You'll support the day-to-day running of the cafe, working alongside our front-of-house and kitchen teams. From welcoming customers, making drinks and serving food to keeping the cafe clean, organised and inviting, you'll help ensure things run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take orders and assist with food and beverage service.
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages.
- Clear tables, restock supplies and maintain clean customer and service areas.
- Support daily cafe operations and work collaboratively with the team.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace.

About you

- A friendly, approachable manner and a genuine interest in customer service.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn.




- The ability to work in a busy cafe environment.
- Previous cafe or hospitality experience is essential.
- Barista skills are essential.
- Saturday availability is essential.
- Availability for the required roster.
