We’re looking for an experienced, confident and passionate barista to join our growing team at SATHU’s Deli, a busy neighbourhood café specialising in specialty coffee, freshly made sandwiches and good vibes.
We’re a small, passionate team that takes pride in quality coffee, great food and genuine hospitality.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a busy café environment
- Strong espresso knowledge, milk texturing and latte art skills
- Confidence working independently behind the coffee machine during busy service
- Ability to maintain speed and consistency without compromising quality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong teamwork, initiative and attention to detail
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- Availability for early starts and weekend shifts
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based beverages
- Maintain coffee quality and efficient workflow during peak service
- Support daily café operations and customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels and coffee equipment
- Work closely with the Café Manager and wider team
- Help maintain SATHU’s service standards
