We are looking for a Branch Manager who is passionate about leadership, customer service, and driving growth. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, build a strong lending portfolio, and ensure exceptional service standards. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with banking experience or those from a retail management background with a solid understanding of financial principles.

While advertised as full time, contracted hours can be negotiated (to a maximum of 35 hours per week) for the right candidate.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet branch goals.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community leaders,



identifying lending opportunities that align with their needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch’s customer base, increase lending volume, and promote bank products.
- Ensure the branch maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Skills and experience

- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and a keen interest in lending and business development.
- Ability to build strong community relationships and promote the bank’s mission.
- Personal lending experience preferential but not essential.
