- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
- Prepare business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support UAT, stakeholder workshops, and project implementation activities.

Required Skills:

- Experience as a Business Analyst within the telecommunications industry.
- Exposure to digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and requirements documentation.
