With continued growth across Queensland, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to take ownership of a designated territory, develop new customer relationships and drive revenue growth.

This position is ideally suited to a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships and winning new business.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and growing market share throughout your designated territory.

This is a field-based sales position offering autonomy, variety and the opportunity to work with customers across a broad range of industries.

Key responsibilities include:

- Proactively identify and secure recent business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industrial, manufacturing, construction and resources sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct regular customer site visits, product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and increase revenue.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and territory growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and sales activity reports.




- Collaborate with internal teams and sales leadership to deliver positive customer outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a confident, proactive and results-driven sales professional who genuinely enjoys developing new business.

To be successful, you will ideally possess:

- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development or territory management.
- A proven track record of generating leads, acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
- Experience selling industrial products, consumables, safety equipment or related solutions will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence engaging with business owners, operations managers and senior decision-makers.
- A genuine hunter mentality and enthusiasm for securing new business.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage your own sales territory.
- A self-motivated, accountable and commercially focused approach.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout your designated region.

What's on Offer?

- $80k Base + $20k Car Allowance + Uncapped Comms + Super
- On Target Earnings are $150-$170k
