20% Commission | Gym & Fitness Studio Clients

I'm looking for someone to help grow my cleaning business, Next Door Cleaning Co.

We're a small but growing Sydney-based cleaning business, and we're now focusing on gym and fitness studio cleaning as our niche. The goal is to build a robust portfolio of gyms and fitness studios across Sydney that we look after on an ongoing basis.

I'm looking for someone who has experience in B2B sales, is confident approaching businesses and knows how to turn conversations into paying clients. Ideally, someone who already has connections in the fitness industry, although that's not essential.

The role would involve identifying gyms and fitness studios that might need cleaning services, reaching out to owners and managers, building relationships and securing ongoing cleaning contracts.

What I'm offering:

- 20% commission on revenue generated from each new client you bring on, for their first 12 months.
- Commission paid monthly as the client pays us.
- No cap on earnings.
- Complete flexibility around when and how you work.
- I'll handle the cleaning operations, staffing and service delivery, so you can focus on bringing in new business.

To put that into perspective, if you bring on a gym paying $1,000 per week, that's potentially $10,400 in commission over the first year from just one client.



I'm particularly interested in someone who sees the prospect in building a portfolio of recurring gym clients, rather than just chasing one-off sales.

This is a commission-only opportunity, intended for someone operating independently. It could suit an experienced salesperson, freelance BDM or someone already working with gyms and fitness businesses who wants an additional income stream.

I'm pretty flexible on how we structure things for the right person. Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who's positive at sales, can work independently and is interested in helping build something long-term.

Commission is calculated on eligible revenue excluding GST and paid under an agreed independent sales agency arrangement, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Pay: $67,200.00 – $150,000.00 per year
