About the role

You will be responsible for interpreting detailed joinery plans and shop drawings to assemble high-end cabinetry and custom joinery products with precision and care. You will work with a range of modern equipment, including CNC machinery and static machines, and assist in the cutting and machining of timber components as needed.

Key responsibilities

- Interpret detailed joinery plans and shop drawings to assemble high-end cabinetry and custom joinery products with precision and care
- Work with modern equipment, including CNC machinery and static machines
- Assist in the cutting and machining of timber components
- Undertake general workshop duties
- Provide support to other team members, including guidance and mentorship to apprentices

About you

- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is preferred
- A keen eye for detail and pride in your craftsmanship
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Reliability and robust work ethic
- Trade qualification or relevant experience
- Tools for the trade
