We are seeking an experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our team at Piccolo Me Elizabeth Street in Sydney. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.

You will play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

Barista/All Rounders responsibilities and duties:

- Make and serve specialty coffee, tea and cold beverages
- Good communication skills
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty and App program
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items -- coffees with latte art
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team setting
- Barista qualifications and skills,



can handle 6 kilos of coffees on shift
- POS and cash handling
- 25-30 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 630am, must be available on weekends

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Right attitude – high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
- Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
- Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts

Job Types: Casual, Part-time Pay: From $33.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
