The Role

As a Cafe Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu items
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Manage food preparation and service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen team members

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Café Chef, Cook, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for high-quality food and customer satisfaction
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
