Copper Bean Cafe is looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to join our great team. We serve excellent coffee, breakfast and lunch, cakes, and gelato, and pride ourselves on providing friendly, welcoming customer service. We’re looking for someone who can help create a fun, vibrant café that customers love to visit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking food, including made-to-order breakfasts, sandwiches, and wraps
- Providing consistently friendly customer service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation
- Helping create a positive setting for customers and staff
- Training, motivating, and encouraging team members
- Opening and closing the café, including cash reconciliation
- Managing multiple tasks and keeping service running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- At least two years’ relevant experience in a café environment
- Good hospitality experience and confidence in a busy café
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A positive, reliable approach and punctuality
- Respect for workplace policies and guidelines
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and school holidays
