We're looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Car Rental All-Rounders to join our team on a casual basis, working across our Hobart City and Hobart Airport locations.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. From welcoming customers and moving cars between locations to keeping our vehicles looking their best, you'll be helping us deliver a great experience for our customers.

About the role

We are seeking Car Rental All-Rounders to help keep our customers, cars and operations moving. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, vehicle movements and vehicle presentation. You might start a shift welcoming a customer, move vehicles between our Hobart City and Airport locations, help prepare cars for upcoming rentals and make sure our cars and customer areas are looking their best.

As one of the faces of our business, you will be an important brand ambassador and help us deliver a car rental experience that is fast, fair and friction-free.

Casual roles will work on a rostered basis, with some weekend availability required.

Key responsibilities

- Meet and greet customers in a friendly,



confident and skilled manner.

- Assist customers with car collections and returns.

- Provide clear and helpful information about cars, locations and the rental process.

- Look for opportunities to make our customer's experience easier.

- Represent the business positively and professionally at all times.

- Safely move cars between our Hobart City and Hobart Airport locations.

- Position and prepare cars for upcoming customer collections.

- Conduct basic car checks as required.

- Help ensure cars are clean, tidy and well presented before rental.

About you

- Have a genuine helper mindset and be happy to pitch in wherever needed.

- Are friendly, approachable and comfortable dealing with customers.

- Take pride in being well presented and representing a local Tasmanian business.

- Are reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

- Notice what needs doing rather than always waiting to be asked.

- Are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and undertaking hands-on tasks.

- Are confident driving a range of passenger vehicles and SUVs.

- Work well as part of a small team where everyone helps each other.

- Have a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.

- Clean driving record and willing to undergo a police check.
