AustraCold is recruiting a Client Relationship Manager for its Melbourne, VIC operations. You will be the primary contact for key clients in cold storage and temperature-controlled transport, driving service excellence and business growth.
In this full time role reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate with warehouse and transport teams, review performance metrics, and contribute to contract negotiations while expanding the client base in the competitive 3PL market.
