AFL is seeking an experienced Senior EHSQ Advisor to own Workplace, Health, Safety and Quality at our Kilsyth facility. You will drive safety culture, strengthen systems and deliver practical improvements across manufacturing, warehouse and office environments.

With support from our National EHSQ Manager, you’ll partner with leaders to turn strategy into visible, measurable results, lead audits and incident investigations, and shape the site’s approach to risk and compliance in line with ISO
