The Salvation Army is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Mount Eliza Salvos Store and drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will help raise funds to support Australians in need and report to the Area Manager for a permanent, full time role in Mount Eliza, VIC.

Salary and conditions align with the Retail General Industry Award, Level 6, and you will manage budgets, rostering, and wage costs while building valuable community connections.
