Sales Associate – Residential Building (Training Provided)

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our growing residential home building company. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a high performing team, learn the industry and build a career in sales.

The role is designed to transition into a Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant position in around 12 months.

Our head office is in Wheelers Hill, and we build across Melbourne and select regional areas. With ambitious long-term plans, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the building industry and wants to be part of a driven team.

About the Role

You will initially support our sales team in managing relationships with clients, agents and property investment groups. This includes helping to create packages, coordinate information, maintain strong communication, and ensure our partners have everything they need to successfully promote and sell our homes.

Through training and practical experience, you will develop your product knowledge, relationship management and sales skills, gradually taking on more responsibility as you progress towards a sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the management and growth of relationships with clients,



agents and property investment groups

- Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, and property information

- Maintain regular communication with clients and partners

- Undertake general administrative tasks as required

- Ensure timely communication and support to sales groups

- Coordinate available stock and package information

- Deliver a high level of service

- Support other business activities as required

What We’re Looking For

- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

- A desire to build a long-term career in sales within the residential building industry

- Experience in property, building, or sales is highly regarded, but not essential

- Robust communication skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility

- A positive, can-do attitude with a high standard of professionalism
