We build residential projects ranging from dual occupancies to multi-residential townhouse developments. You'll have the opportunity to work across builds from early stages through to completion, see the results of your work and take on more responsibility as you grow.

What you'll be doing
- Carrying out quality carpentry across residential builds, from framing through to fix and completion.
- Reading and interpreting plans and working to project requirements.
- Coordinating with other trades to keep work flowing and avoid unnecessary delays.
- Taking ownership of your work, maintaining quality and keeping the site organised.
- Building your understanding of site workflow, sequencing and job management.
- Taking on more responsibility as your skills and experience develop.

- A qualified carpenter or someone with strong, relevant residential carpentry experience.
- Someone who can read plans, work through tasks independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

- An interest in taking on more responsibility and progressing into site leadership.
