Darebin City Council is seeking a agile fitness leader to join Reservoir Leisure Centre in Melbourne. You will lead a team of gym instructors, personal trainers, and reformer Pilates instructors, and drive high-quality, safe health club programs that engage members and improve outcomes.

As part of our organisational redesign, you will shape programs across gym, PT, Rezfit and reformer Pilates, monitor participation and budgets, and foster a welcoming club culture.
