Personal Trainer Wanted | Fairlight

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Fairlight, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

To be considered A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What the role involves

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Pay rates





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
