Your current role

We're looking for a reliable, punctual Warehouse Team Member who enjoys practical work and providing great customer service. You'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly, working with the store team to ensure furniture is safely received, stored and ready for collection or delivery.

What You'll Do

- Unload pallets and check incoming deliveries.
- Pick and prepare orders for deliveries and customer collections.
- Help customers safely load their purchases.
- Move and store heavy flat-packed furniture using safe handling practices.
- Assemble flat-packed furniture.
- Keep the warehouse tidy, organised and safe.
- Use warehouse equipment once trained and authorised.

About You You're dependable,



work well with others and are happy to get involved. You'll bring:

- A friendly approach and a focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail when checking stock and picking orders.
- Ability to regularly handle heavy flat packs safely, using equipment and team lifting, with reasonable adjustments where required.
- Practical skills and confidence assembling furniture.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
- Experience using walkie stackers, high-bay racking, electric pallet jacks or manual pallet jacks would be helpful, but isn't essential.
