We're looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our team at Busy Bees Baldivis South!

Located in a beautiful, family-friendly estate, our purpose-built, 104-place centre features five learning environments and expansive outdoor play spaces. With occupancy continuing to grow, this is your chance to build on the centre's success, develop a strong team and create an environment where children, families and educators thrive.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of a centre with exciting potential to grow occupancy and strengthen its community connections.
- Inspire, mentor and develop your leadership team to deliver their best every day.
- Create a culture where exceptional education, inclusion and child safety come first.
- Shape the centre's direction, support educator development and build lasting relationships with families.
- Balance quality outcomes with effective workforce planning, operational management and financial performance.
- Work alongside your Area Director and national support teams, with guidance and resources to help you achieve your goals.

What you'll bring

- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
- A current WA Working with Children Check.
- Proven experience leading an early learning service, ideally in a medium to large centre.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF and WA regulatory requirements.
- Confidence managing occupancy, budgets, rosters, workforce planning and service performance.
- The ability to build,



motivate and retain a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively with families, educators and key stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to child safety, speaking up and always doing the right thing, aligned with our values.
