Opened in April, Julietta is a 40-seater neighbourhood Italian restaurant and wine bar in South Yarra that's the talk of the town. High energy, warm service, outstanding food and drinks, no pretentiousness.

Our small but well-formed menu is pasta- and antipasti-led, with a focus on everything made in-house using the very best local and imported ingredients and a passion for seasonality. While we're a small venue and a busy venue, so we carefully balance speed with precision and care in everything we prepare.

About You:

We’re seeking an experienced CDP that brings:

- At least 2-years in a CDP or Senior CDP role
- Experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen
- Highly organised and maintain order in the kitchen throughout services, setting services up for success
- Ability to work in a small kitchen with a small team
- A relentless passion and love for hospitality
- Experience with pasta is highly advantageous
- Chance for career development and progression
