Greystanes Preschool is seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced Centre Director to lead our boutique 29-place early childhood service.

We are looking for a confident, hands-on leader who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education, maintaining strong compliance standards and driving the ongoing growth and success of the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations and management of the preschool.
- Drive centre occupancy through effective enrolment strategies, family engagement and community connections.
- Maintain high standards of compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant regulations.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Mentor, support and develop educators to create a positive and accountable team culture.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Work collaboratively with senior management to achieve operational and quality goals.

About You
- Previous experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director or in a similar leadership role.




- Currently studying a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood – Birth to 5 Years) or willing to commence the qualification.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or another ACECQA-approved qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in increasing occupancy and supporting centre growth.
- Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience implementing quality improvements and preparing for Assessment and Rating.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to centre management.

Pay: From $46.12 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
