Harry's Bar is looking for a professional, motivated and reliable Chef to join our growing kitchen team in the heart of Adelaide's CBD.

- Predominantly Monday to Friday hours, with minimal late nights and weekend work.

About You
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and can maintain high standards in a busy kitchen environment. The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
- A strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to adapt and take on feedback.
- The ability to guide, mentor and work effectively alongside kitchen support staff.
- A thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting quality meals to a consistently high standard.
- Maintaining an organised, clean and safe kitchen in accordance with food safety and council regulations.
- Completing kitchen setup and pack-down before and after service.
- Supporting and supervising kitchen hands where required.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Undertaking other reasonable kitchen duties as directed by management.
