Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 a year Located in Melbourne’s most iconic strip, Rustica Sourdough Bakery Café serves signature bakery treats, delicious coffee and delightful brunch options with a la carte menus 7 days a week.

Café is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated chef to join their team. Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine

Creativity and high presentation standards

Ability to create dishes with consistency

Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes

Ability to contribute to menu planning

Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements

Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff

Achieving all safety,



hygiene and food quality

Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering To be considered for the position you must possess the following:

At least 1 year experience in a similar role

Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery

Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure workplace
