What is an Early Years Sparkle Specialist?

An Early Years Specialist combines performing arts, child engagement, and event facilitation to guide young children and parents through fun, structured learning experiences.

You’ll assist in delivering music, drama, and movement activities, help host themed birthday parties, manage props and instruments, and create memorable, stress-free experiences for families.

No formal teaching or entertainment experience? No problem! Through our structured Lucy Sparkles Training Program, we provide all the curriculum support, lesson plans, and practical training you need to lead sessions with confidence.What You’ll Do

- Engage & Inspire: Lead and assist with interactive music, dance, and drama activities for babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers.
- Party Entertainment: Host themed birthday parties featuring games, storytelling, singing, and movement.
- Support Learning: Deliver early-years activities linked to developmental milestones using our approved songs and lesson plans.
- Create Magic: Maintain a warm, encouraging,



high-energy environment for children and parents alike.
- Manage Equipment: Keep instruments, props, and venue setups clean, safe, and organised.
- Build Relationships: Communicate warmly with parents, nursery staff, and venue managers.

What We’re Looking For No previous professional entertaining or teaching experience is required—energy, enthusiasm, and a warm personality come first! We’re looking for people who:

- Genuinely love working with babies, toddlers, and young children.
- Are comfortable singing, moving, and being animated in front of a group.
- Communicate with warmth and confidence toward parents and caregivers.
- Are reliable, punctual, and highly organised.
- Have an interest or background in performing arts, early childhood education, childcare, hospitality, or customer service.
