BUSY At Work is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Townsville to ensure a positive first impression and educate the local business community on employment services. You will coordinate day-to-day activities of our field-based staff and support clients through scheduling, records management and promotional activities.

The role is full time-fixed term until 30 June 2027, based out of Kirwan with two days per week in Townsville office.
