Stay active, learn practical skills and join a team that values your contribution.

Macarthur Labour Services is looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our award-winning crew across Prestons, Ingleburn and Moorebank.

No previous warehouse experience is required. We provide training and explicit instructions to help you learn the job. You bring a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic and a commitment to the shifts you accept.

The Role

- Loading and unloading shipping containers
- Sorting cartons and stacking pallets
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
- Operating a forklift, if appropriately licensed
- General warehouse and manual-labouring duties

This is active, physically demanding work involving repeated lifting, bending, reaching and time on your feet. Some tasks are repetitive, and workloads vary. You’ll need to maintain a productive pace while following safe handling procedures and looking out for your teammates.

What Makes Someone a Good Fit?

- Arrive on time and ready to start
- Listen, ask questions and put training into practice
- Stay focused and take initiative once trained
- Work safely and take care with customers’ goods

- Communicate respectfully and support their teammates
- Follow through on accepted shifts and communicate promptly if circumstances change

Previous warehouse or labouring experience is welcome, but reliability, teamwork and a willingness to learn matter just as much. A forklift licence is useful but isn’t required for general labouring positions.

What You Can Look Forward To

- Casual hourly pay plus superannuation
- Performance incentives recognising reliable, productive work
- Training and support from experienced team members
- Opportunities for regular shifts as work becomes available
- An employee referral program
- A supportive, inclusive team where your contribution is recognised

Tell us the days you can consistently work so we can consider you for suitable shifts.

Locations and Transport

Shifts are available in Prestons, Ingleburn and Moorebank.

You’ll need a reliable way to reach your allocated site for early starts. Public transport alone may not be suitable for these locations and start times.
