You will deliver meaningful case management for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, with a focus on behaviour change and correcting orders, while building culturally protected supports.
You will develop tailored cultural support plans, assess risk factors, and collaborate with Aboriginal organisations and community services to reduce reoffending.
