SHAPE Australia in Melbourne is seeking a Site Manager to lead in office delivery of fitout, refurbishment and new build projects in live environments. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and on-time progress.

With 5+ years in construction and 2+ years in a Site Management role within commercial fitout, you will interpret drawings, manage site programmes, and build strong client and team relationships to deliver spaces our clients are proud of.
