The Salvation Army is seeking a Family Support Practitioner for the Pathway of Hope program, based in Devonport, Tasmania. You will deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed support to families with children aged 0–12, working with parents and carers to build resilience and access services.

You will provide family support, casework, parenting education and community connections, collaborating with local teams to strengthen family wellbeing and social connectedness.
