We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Security Guard / Armed Security Officer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a motivated security professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can demonstrate solid leadership, exceptional communication skills, and extensive operational security experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising security personnel, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring the safety and security of clients, assets, and personnel.

About you
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Certificate III in Security Operations
- Current ACT Security Licence
- Demonstrated firearms experience and competency (essential)
- Firearms H class licence or ability to obtain
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and appearance
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise security personnel
- Former Police or Military experience (highly desirable)
