Civil Labourers

Diverse Civil Group | Adelaide, SA We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Civil Labourers to support our site teams across subdivision, earthworks, drainage and infrastructure projects.

If you have civil construction experience, take pride in your work and are willing to get stuck in, we’d like to hear from you.

About the role

Working alongside our supervisors, operators and trades, your duties may include:

- General civil labouring and site preparation.
- Assisting with trenching, drainage and pipe installation.
- Spotting for plant and equipment, where trained and authorised.
- Using hand tools and small plant safely.
- Assisting with backfilling, compaction and site clean-up.
- Following site instructions, safety procedures and quality requirements.

What you’ll bring

- A current Construction White Card.




- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport to attend sites.
- Previous civil construction or labouring experience.
- The ability to safely perform physical, outdoor work.
- A robust approach to safety and working around mobile plant.
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

Additional tickets or experience in pipelaying, traffic management or operating small plant will be highly regarded.
