For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications and work experience:
- Master degree in Civil Engineering (AQF Level 9).
- Demonstrated experience in civil or structural engineering within the residential building or civil construction industry, including site-based experience.
- Sound working knowledge of the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards applicable to residential construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent design software), Microsoft Excel and project scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients, consultants, certifiers, subcontractors and site staff.
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card) and a current NSW driver's licence.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
