True North Personnel is partnering with several well-established Darwin-owned civil, infrastructure and construction businesses to recruit experienced Civil Labourers for a variety of ongoing projects across Darwin and remote areas of the Northern Territory.

Opportunities include local subdivision projects assisting with drainage, pipe laying and general civil labouring, as well as remote works on 2/1 rosters. If you are reliable, safety-focused and ready to contribute on site, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

- Working across subdivisions, civil construction, roadworks and infrastructure projects
- Assisting with drainage installation, trenching and backfilling
- Supporting pipe laying, including handling materials and preparing work areas
- Completing general civil labouring, site clean-up and manual handling
- Using hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Assisting plant crews and tradespeople as required
- Following site procedures and contributing to productive, safety-focused crews

What We Are Looking For

- Previous experience in civil construction, drainage, pipe laying or a similar labouring role
- Current White Card
- Current Driver Licence and reliable transport for local roles
- Relevant civil tickets or qualifications are advantageous
- Ability to complete physically demanding work in outdoor conditions




- Willingness and availability to work a 2/1 roster for remote positions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable, hardworking and team-focused attitude
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- National Police Check may be required for some projects
