About The Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities and leading crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities





- Supervising and coordinating site crews and daily activities
- Planning and allocating work across the team
- Monitoring progress against daily and weekly targets
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site discussions
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance
- Identifying site issues and escalating them when required
- Coordinating labour, plant, equipment and materials
- Working closely with project and site management
- Maintaining site records and documentation
- Supporting and developing team members
- Ensuring company procedures and site requirements are followed

About You

- Previous experience supervising or leading crews
- Relevant supervisor, leadership or management training/certification
- Robust people-management and communication skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to leadership
- Good planning and organisational skills
- The confidence to manage competing site priorities
- A strong approach to safety and compliance
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Construction White Card, or the ability to obtain one
