EXPERIENCED CLEANER REQUIRED - PERMANENT PART TIME POSITION

Rivage Royale is seeking an experienced, energetic and reliable cleaner to join our friendly team at a prestigious residential building on the Gold Coast.
This is a busy, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being active, works efficiently and takes pride in maintaining high presentation standards.
The position offers:
- 18 hours per week, plus 3 hours per day every third weekend
- Permanent part-time employment
- Above-award wages
- Annual leave, personal leave and superannuation

Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, foyers and residential floor lobbies
- Cleaning bathrooms, glass and other shared facilities
- Vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning duties
- Following a structured daily cleaning schedule
- Maintaining consistently high standards throughout the building
The successful applicant must:
- Have previous commercial cleaning experience
- Be physically fit and comfortable performing active cleaning duties
- Work efficiently and independently to complete allocated tasks within required timeframes
- Demonstrate excellent time management and attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Have a friendly and professional manner when interacting with residents
- Be available to work every third weekend
