MultiScreen helps venues across Australia engage their clients through digital screens. Our offering includes custom content, members’ draws, raffles, interactive games, music, websites and more. We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage our clients (across multiple industries), ensure they get the most from MultiScreen, and grow our client base.

About the role

You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients. You’ll build relationships with venue managers and staff, understand what’s happening in their venues, and find ways MultiScreen can help them succeed. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with our studio, tech and sales teams.

What you’ll be doing

- Holding regular check-ins with clients, based on their subscription level, to review how their system is running and collect feedback, requests and ideas
- Making sure clients are using everything they pay for, including monthly content, members’ draws, raffles, music, interactive games, ticket printers and backups
- Recommending upgrades and additional services that add real value, such as hardware upgrades, Creative Access, Interactive Games, Music and SuperDraw
- Bringing in new clients and responding to enquiries by phone, email and online.
- Passing creative and technical requests to our studio and tech teams,



and following up so clients are kept informed
- Training clients on their MultiScreen system
- Keeping an eye on industry events, legislation and opportunities that could benefit our clients

About you

- You communicate clearly and confidently, whether on the phone, by email or face to face
- You’re driven and motivated to excel, and you take ownership of results
- You’re a team player who’s happy to support other departments when needed
- You’re organised and keep good client notes and follow-ups
- You’re comfortable with technology and enjoy learning current systems (no technical qualifications required)

Highly regarded

- Experience in hospitality, clubs or pubs, since you’ll understand how our main clients’ venues operate
- A background in marketing, or a good sense of what draws people in and keeps customers coming back
- Experience in account management, customer success or sales

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
