About the role
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to own the health, accuracy and governance of an enterprise-scale CMDB. You'll configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping and integrations, and make sure the CMDB is a trusted foundation for IT operations and asset management.
What you'll do
- Maintain and improve CMDB health, data accuracy and governance
- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Agent Client Collector (ACC) and cloud integrations
- Manage CMDB integrations, IRE rules, Service Graph Connectors and data imports
- Monitor and fix data quality, reconciliation and CI lifecycle issues
- Support Software and Hardware Asset Management processes and reporting

What you'll bring
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with solid expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Asset Management
- Experience with AWS, CyberArk and enterprise-scale CMDB environments
