Gladstone Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join its Adult Community and Case Management team in Gladstone, Queensland. This is a contract position starting as soon as possible and running through to 15 November 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering mental health case management services to adults in the community, working alongside a dedicated team committed to supporting clients through their mental health journey.

- Deliver direct clinical care and case management support to adults in community mental health settings

Preferred Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in mental health nursing practice and case management principles





- Robust clinical assessment and care planning skills in community mental health contexts

- Ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients and coordinate multidisciplinary care

- Experience working with diverse client populations and complex mental health presentations

- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in clinical record systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

- Relevant post-graduate qualification or demonstrated experience in mental health nursing

- Knowledge of mental health legislation, recovery frameworks, and community-based care models
