AIRR, part of Elders, invites applications for a Retail Agronomy Technical Lead. This role combines agronomic expertise with commercial acumen to support our retail network and help customers achieve better on-farm outcomes across Australia.

You will partner with branch teams and industry partners to deliver practical agronomic solutions, develop capability, grow sales, ensure protected chemical handling and compliant operations.
