Fishing Tackle Warehouse & Retail Assistant – Full Time
Anglers Warehouse is looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking person to join our team in a permanent full-time position at our Tweed Heads store.
This is primarily a hands-on warehouse role, with the main responsibilities being packing online customer orders, unpacking incoming stock and keeping the warehouse organised. Occasionally, you may also be required to answer customer phone enquiries and assist customers in our retail store.
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work and has a genuine interest in fishing.

Key Responsibilities
- Packing online customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving, unpacking, checking and organising incoming stock
- Stock replenishment and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workspace
- Occasionally answering customer phone enquiries
- Assisting customers in our retail store when required
- Supporting the team with general day-to-day operations
About You
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Genuine interest in fishing and good knowledge of fishing tackle
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, hands-on environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and help out wherever needed
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is an advantage but not essential
