Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales and high‑volume stock management in a busy department. You will manage a 20+ team, drive Best Experience and Safety Culture, and partner with store leadership to deliver outstanding service and availability.

You’ll be responsible for rostering, performance conversations and ensuring solid merchandising, while maintaining stock accuracy and loss prevention. A proactive leader with customer focus is ideal.
