The Role

Our Home Care services empower older people to live at home independently and safely. You will provide individualised care tailored to the needs of each client and their families.

We have apermanent part time role offering 20 hours a fortnight and will cover a variety of shifts, so you must be available and flexible within the hours of08.00 - 16.00ideally. We require a minimum of 3 days availability; days and hours are negotiable based on our clients' requirements in and aroundDeniliquin, Moama and surrounding areas.

Your role will include:

- Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eating
- Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments
- Social support & activities, including outings and social activities.
- Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties
