Casual Front of House All-Rounder / Senior Floor & Bar

This is a casual position with flexible hours available across a rotating 7-day roster, including mornings, nights, and weekends including public holidays. As a senior member of the team, you will seamlessly transition between the floor and the bar, ensuring premium service and speed remain sharp during high-pressure peak periods.

Key responsibilities

Confidently managing the bar under rush-period pressure—pouring high-quality coffee, mixing cocktails, and managing beverage orders smoothly

Welcoming beachgoers and locals with genuine warmth, showcasing expert menu knowledge, and ensuring guest satisfaction stays flawless

Leading busy floor sections, running food/beverages efficiently, and managing table turnarounds

About you

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted working rights

Minimum of 4 years of hospitality experience across both floor service and bar operations in fast-paced venues





Highly confident and fast behind the bar—solid barista skills, latte art capability, and comfort mixing drinks/cocktails are essential

Current South Australian Responsible Person (RP) badge

Warm, confident, and skilled nature with a genuine passion for premium customer service

Exceptional accountability, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently or guide junior staff

High standards of grooming, hygiene, and excellent communication skills
