EML in Newcastle is seeking a permanent, full time Claims Specialist to manage workers' compensation cases with a focus on higher-need clients. You will oversee complex injuries and coordinate with medical professionals, insurers and employers to drive positive outcomes.

You will conduct entitlement reviews, lead medical case conferences and develop wellbeing plans, enabling improved wellbeing and customer satisfaction.
