Grace Lutheran College is seeking an experienced College Receptionist at our Caboolture Campus to provide skilled administrative and coordination support to our College and Visitors. The College Reception is the first point of contact for staff and visitors. Your role will be the face of Grace. This is your opportunity to excel in administrative and public relational skills that you will have.
Position type: Part time, Term time
Anticipated Commencement Date: As soon as possible
About you
- Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
- Demonstrated high level of competence using relevant software packages e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS) would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment.
- Effective communication and high level of interpersonal skills.
- Ability to show initiative and work as a team member.
- Working knowledge or ability to quickly adapt to Samsung DCS switch (10 lines).
